• All funds must be in US dollars only.  Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing PRIOR to placing an order. A Deposit is required. (plus applicable fees and taxes).
• All financial transactions must be completed before delivery.

• You will save money with a high volume discount dealer like A1 MotorSports.
• Some minor assembly is required on some products. These tasks usually take 20-60 minutes. If you are not mechanically inclined, you should have a qualified motorcycle mechanic or small engine repairman do these tasks. We are not responsible for incorrect assembly.
• Our staff is available during regular business hours to assist you with this assembly

Limited Parts Warranty:

• ONLY the Manufacturer's Specified Warranty Applies.
• These products are very straight forward and are easily serviceable by anyone with the least mechanical background.

Taxes

• We do not charge taxes for any shipment outside of Arizona.
• You may be charged taxes if you register your product for license plates.
• All states are different, consult your local tax collector for full information.

  Purchaser fully accepts and assumes responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of the use of the pocket bike or participation in any pocket bike, scooters, mo-peds, dirt bikes and ATVs riding or racing activity, whether by purchaser or anyone using the pocket bike, scooters, mo-peds, dirt bikes and ATVs with or without purchaser's permission. Your purchase of the pocket bike, scooters, mo-peds, dirt bikes and ATVs shall constitute your release and indemnity in favor of A1 MOTORSPORTS, its shareholders, officers and directors from any against any and all claims or injuries of every kind resulting from use or operation of the pocket bike , scooters, mo-peds, dirt bikes and ATVs including costs and attorney's fees incurred in connection therewith.
